Archery Clubs in Jefferson Co. Area????

Anyone know of any active archery clubs in the Louisville Area? My son is looking for a club to shoot with???

Hey Nathan, tell him to check out Chickasaw archery in Shepherdsvile, which is south of Lou. on I-65. We have a shoot this Sun.

Take hwy 44 west from Shepherdsville. Go 3 miles, turn left on Pitts Point Rd.

Hey Highbow,

I think they also have 3-D shoots at the Jefferson County Sportsmen Club on the Jefferson- Bullitt Co. line near Mt. Washington. I believe it is set up for real-life bowhunting situations with no shots over 40 yards. Big58 can probably give more details.

Thanks Extreme and Darton, I had already provided him information on both, he was a member of Jefferson Co. club til they quit having shoots last year because no one was really doing anything after they lost the member who ran the shoots. I hope they get going again, I went down and shot with them once. I might make it down to The State IBO shoot this year. Again , thanks

Well Nathan, I intended to shoot at my home club of Chickasaw today but I had a really good friend pass away and I was a Pall bearer in the funeral. I hope to meet your son soon .......Rick.
