What was decided and approved at the meeting?

A brief summary below:
--No change in blaze orange requirement for bowhunter on WMA's
--Beaver Creek WMA went to 15" QDM spread restriction
--Zone 1 & 2 firearms season will be either sex the entire 16 days
--several SE counties were changed from Zone 3 to Zone 4
--Late muzzleloader seazon in all zones will be either sex
--Primitive Weapons Area (Cave Run Daniel Boone) will be traditional archery and muzzleloader (no compounds, scopes, or in-lines)
--Yellowbanks mentor hunt will allow adult mentors to only shoot does (no bucks like last year)
--Add a 3rd State Park quota hunt at Taylorsville
--Convert Cumberland SP Quota hunt back to archery
--Dale Hollow SP quota hunt will allow taking of albino deer
--Deer check requirement changed to midnight of the day the deer is recovered rather than 9AM the next morning--consistent with turkey reg.
--Baiting prohibited on State Parks
