Seems dumb to me for the guy [Lee] to go to court. He's not the first TV guy to get busted and makes you wonder how often these shows are in violation of the regulations. I remember Jimmy Houston getting caught fishing the "Yo-Bobs" illegal and the Canadian fishing guys caught snagging salmon.

Be on the lookout for this guy. He may be on here trying to trade hunts with someone. lol
Some say that I am argumentative but I'll have to disagree.

I'm sure it comes as no surprise that a lot of the TV, video, and outdoor writer types are the biggest violators around.

To me the proof is in wheather or not he was dressed in full camo with face mask and wheather his gun was set up for turkey (turkey load). Sorry but carrying a gun should not be illegal I don't give a rats ass whats on the ground.
These are little details the jury would not probably know to look for. Though I think it's odd the officers did not get pictures of him in camo when they did get picture of a buckett and a sack.
I would also like to see how much corn they found on the ground. I can imagine the officers had intent to catch him (after so many years of trying so their motives and judgment could be just as skewed as a driven hunter). And for him clearly he has motive to avoid the embarrasment and plead innocent even when he know's he'll loose the case.
Given the facts it's not so clear cut to me.
