A judge has decided because a child sex rapist is short that it wouldn't be right to send him to prison. What is our world coming to? Next thing you know they will be saying he's too ugly to go to prison, or too fat for a jail cell.
I would have thought at the time I was growing up that if you commit a crime you went to jail. Now it appears that they must first check to see if you are going to be happy with the color of the cell, is your inmate sexy , or maybe you won't feel comfortable in this cell , let us buy you a new recliner.
It makes me sick, these are convicted criminals.
