While I will not be subscribing to The Advocate anytime soon, I understand that Ford and everybody else will advertise in a wide variety of magazine types. I agree 100%. They have been doing it for years, but usually it would go unnoticed because it wasn't as "popular" as it has become. No different than an ad in Playboy and a person who is against pornography seeing that is it?
