Mexican Govt wants to legalize all drugs

The Mexican politicians are threatening to legalize any quantity of any previously Illegal drugs if the USA stops Illegal Border Crossings,their philosphy is if they can't come here then they will get US citizens to come there to transport their main money maker for them.
