I bought a box of #5 Nitro's 1 7/8 load and will honestly say they SUCK!! I'm shooting a Benelli M1 with a Kick's .665 tube and at 40 yds I'm lucky to have 3 shots in the kill zone, on the other hand the Winchester Supreme's #5 1 7/8 do great with 15+ shot in the kill zone and the patten is 10x as tight.
The Remingtons my be good @ 30yds and my shoot better out of a different gun but I won't waste my $$$ them again.

Ild try a .655 tube and see what they will do....Or step up to a 3.5 inch shell......Typically the Benelli likes a .665 tube with heavy shot and a .655 for lead......However you can increase the load size to 2 ounce with the 3.5's and that might help.....The shells are a bit cheaper than a $55 choke tube.....Goodluck....

thanks maxcam but it'd be hard to fit a 3.5" shell into a 3" chamber...
I'll keep that in mind if I get a SBE.:D
I killed my 1st bird with Supreme's so for now I'll stick with them.
