My sons' first turkey

My son Matthew took his first turkey Saturday. He took part in the Youth hunt put on by the KDFW and the Bluegrass Chapter of NWTF. He was hunting with the local CO (David Thurman).The bird was right at 20 lbs and had a 4 inch beard. He was tickled to death with it. I have pictures if someone would post them for me. Only thing bad about the whole deal is I wasnt able to go out with them. But I'm hoping to get out with him during regular season.

Congrats!!!! I took a 12 year old last year, but we did not get one. We did here several gobble which was more than enough to turn him on.
