Turkey hunting

I have a Question. When is it the gobblers come out
in the bottoms or fields? or what time of the mornings do they appear ? and when is it best to hunt the hills.

The only answer to this is to scout and pattern them. They may come out first thing or at noon or not at all. Just watch them and get an idea of their day to day movement. It's easy to kill a turkey if your already at a spot he wants to be rather than calling him somewhere he doesn't want to be.
