Took My son 14 turkey hunting sat morn to were old gobbler had been roosting hit owl hooter and nothing ended up hearing 6 gobblers in other places with not much interest did get on one that responed a little but was henned up
So on sun morn we hit same area as the gobber that was henned up blowed owl hooter at day break and the mountain and hollar thundered with 6 different gobblers 1 in hollar and 5 on ridge in front of us
set up on the 5 gobblers 2 on our left side 3 on right side when all 5 went to double gobbling to our hen calls I dont know who was tore up the most
me or my son
anyway after about 15 min of calling we had 4 gobblers closing in fast and one standing within 25 yds of my sons gun barrel

IT was 22 LBS 1 inch Spurs 10 1/2 inch beard and a 3 1/2 inch beard
HIS FIRST DOUBLE BEARD
