Just curious if there are any pointer breeders in Northern Kentucky.

On a side note, I posted a question about Pheaseant Ridge Hunt Club a while back and I ended up going there at the beginning of this month and had a real nice hunt. My only complaint would be most of the pheasant were missing their tails, but they certainly challenged the dogs and did quite a bit of running before flushing. They did have a litter of Setters, but no pointers. I took a good picture of a pheasant in flight with one of our party drawing his gun up over another guy, but he didn't fire. If anyone wants to see any pictures of the preserve, I took some that I'll email to you if you'd like.

Bird Dog I've hunted pheasant ridge before and like you enjoyed it. Stacy and his father do a great job. The birds at that time had tail feathers, late in the year on pin bird they'll lose them sometimes. I usually run setters but at times I'll brake out my Pointer. We done a show With Stacy on location two years ago. It turned out well. Do you hunt grouse? I would like to see those pictures. What's your oppion on this small game issue?
