There is a form that needs to be completed and sent in to Edgefield. If you think it's a potential record, you need to authenticate with photos, weight reciepts, etc. The form spells it out. Also, you need to submit the forms for grand slam consideration. The forms can be obtained from Edgefield, and I have a few left if anyone needs one.
