I went with my father in law, bro in law, cornbread, mammoth cave hunter and lab. We saw lots of guys we knew around town. Ofcourse Mr. Hale did a heck of a job. He covered some pretty controversial subjects and did a good job of explaining why we shouldn't be tolerant of some of todays problems. Eastwood Baptist church did a heck of a job organizing everything.

Well.......what problems was he talkin bout?
His speech covered very little about hunting. This was his chance to tell everyone that none of his successes would be possible if he had not found Jesus Christ in his life. He discussed scuh topics as drugs, alcohol, homosexuality, and other such "diseases" that plague our country and its well being. I was thoroughly impressed by his presentation and the powerful message that every word had. If you did not get to attend, you missed a blessing by one of the hunting world's most recognizable figures.

Wow. What did he say brought him to Jesus Christ? Health issues? Age?
I think it was simply conviction. He knew that he needed Christ in his life, and chose to accept him as his Savior. If he ever decides to hang up the hunting career, he has a great start on a devotional speaker. I have an all new respect for Knight & Hale and what they represent.

He spoke in Somerset 2 years ago. If you ever get the chance to see him, I would highly recommend that you go. He really did a good job telling about how they got started in the business and all of their hard times.
