What you need to know is that you need to be putting your seed on top of this snow now! Red and white clover mix...Make sure you take a soil sample...if you have not done so do so. Make sure that you seed right before the snow melts...if not you have lots of birds that see that little seed. The snow lets you see what area you covered very well...It is best to prep the soil before seeding to make a good seed bed...if not then go ahead and seed now...come May go in with post or select (chemical) to kill off your grass. Your clover patch needs to be be managed well with the pH and fertilty aspects now...Mow your clover in June...check it to make sure no nest etc are in the area before you mow...have any question PM me.
