anyone have an idea as to what to do with all this time we are going to have now that turkey season is over?

this is going to be quite an adjustment.

You can start gigging frogs on May 16th. Also the June squirrel season starts on June 7th. Never forget to start shooting your bow for the Spetember bow opener. Seems like the KDFWR has done a pretty good job expanding the hunting opprotunities so that something to do is always right around the corner.

I'm going to Ohio and hunt more turkeys! Then there's the Boy Scout Shoot and a state board meeting the next weekend, the Indy 500 after that, and somewhere in all of this I'm going to get down to the lake, cut the grass and putter around the lake on the ol' pontoon!

Drink More BEER...that is what you do....and swap war stories about your endeavors the past years while hunting and fishing. That seems to be the way we handle things down here...shoot some skeet, or trap, but not while Drinking More BEER...not safe...plus you cannot keep it cool unless you pack a cooler. Or heaven forbid...pick up the ole golf clubs...then it is definetly OK to DRINK MORE BEER...this I do well while playing golf...it is basically the only thing that I do good while playing golf though.
