Loud Mouths

Birds gobbled early and often this morning. Had two work within 75 yards at daylight. Another one that close about two hours later. I just couldn't get them to come the last 25 yards or so. One bird must have gobbled 5 times a minute for at least an hour and a half. Had good action this morning, even if I didn't get a bird.

That is good to know! Thanks for the update -- I'll be at em tomorrow! The biggest birds go down in the last few days when they too loose hens.

another slow morning for me...i took a fella with me on my walk looking for trespassers we heard one faint jake sounding gobble....later in the day went back and heard one gobbling hard beagle running shut him up
