I am finally going to break down and buy a new vest this year. I have been looking at the ones that are in the spring turkey circular from Bass Pro. What vest are you guys currently using or going to buy?

Depending on how many call that you take, you may want to look into a fanny pack.

Be sure to get one that is big enough and then get the next size up.

I looked at an Ol' Tom at Uncle Lee's that last time that I was there. The vest was extremely nice but the price was not. I can't see giving $100 dollars for a vest. I like the looks of the Redhead Striker or the Redhead Bucklick Creek Lounger. My plans are to stay under, or near, the $60 range. The Primos vest is also nice, but a game pouch on the back is a must. I have carried my share of birds over my shoulder, and those days are over for me. The pouch makes things so much nicer.

The Primos has a game bag that can hold decoys and a small fold up blind. has a orange piece of tape to remove and display while moving out of the woods.

I have the Mossy Oak Super Elite without the sleeves and I love it. Has all the poclets that I need and carries my decoys in the back. Comes with the orange strip and has a very comfortable padded seat that is detachable. Not bad price either. I think I paid around $50 or so. Bought it last year and I think that it will last me for a very long time.

But I wish that I had bought the Hybrid because of the sleeves. Still a lil chilly out there in the morning but I think I will manage.

I have the primos vest too. I love it. All the pockets i need.

On a side note: Buy you one of the hunter speacilties orange bags for carying out turkey. Not only is it safer but the 2 shoulder straps make it like a back pack. Its blood proof and folds up to near nothing.

My vote goes for Bucklick Creek. I've had one for several years and its top knotch. The seat and back support is great ....lots of pockets and organizers inside the pockets with good shell holders that keep everything quiet. Things may have changed but I ordered mine straight from Bucklick Creek. You might try a search on them to see what they offer.
