Well Turk is going in today and getting cut on, I am going in on Friday and getting sliced ear to ear for thyroid cancer, is it to much gun powder sniffing , or the smell of a gut piles But really just wanted to say thanks to all the people on here for there e-mails and support, do not even know any of you personnally but sure can tell great bunch of people on this site, god bless all of you. Well thanks Theck here I am 5 hours from leaving to go to the hospital and still up, you would think It was opening day or something:D :eek:

Well made it out of surgery, the cancer was the size of a grapefruit, and was growing down into my lungs but was contained in a sac, they took me into surgery at 7:30 yesterday morning and I got out at 11:15 , suppose to be 2 hours , turned into 3 and a half hours, they sewed me up and was in my room by 1, and up and running the marathon around the halls, got home today at 12, and actually feel pretty good, not good enough to be in the woods but able to get aroud fairly well, so would like to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, and won't be long I will be up and running, again Thanks Todd:D

i went under the knife yesterday also, had my wisdom teeth cut out, woke up in the middle of the dang thing too. i look like a chipmonk with my checks swelled so bad, lol. my post today might be a little hard to understand, these painkillers have me in a trance

Well ducknbuck glad you are doing well,I had the same problem when I was 12 woke up and remembered it all, I thankfully did not wake up yesterday and am black and blue, tumor was growing under my collar bone so they beat me up pretty good, but am doing well, glad you are doing the same!!!:D Todd

Well 48 hours out I look like my wife beat me with a 2x4 !! MY chest is black and blue from my neck to my sternum, incision looks good, Got a bath last night from the wife:D she is a nurse, and washed and took care of me great!! Trying to ween the loritab some took only 2 so far since midnight so going to try and make it until tonight before bed:D Again everyone thanks for the support means alot:) :D Todd

Well all 72 hours out , drove my truck to the electric company this morning, that about tired me out, but the soreness is not as great have not taken any loritab:D since yesterday at about 4 in the afternoon. Going to try to go out and just be outside seeing it is 65 degrees out ,but dont see myself doing much, but you never know:D I would love to shoot some but don't think I better push it, My Mom might give me a butt beaten if I do LMAO Take care all Todd

Got good news this morning, they sent the tumor that they cut out, The size of a grapefruit to pathology, it came back BENIGN , what the doctor believed was cancerous is not, He said never seen something grow that big, and as quick as did and not be, so for my sake it is Benign THANK GOD Todd:D :D :D :D

Well 10 days out , other than the hormone replacement, I feel pretty good, The medicine that I was on was giving me BAD headaches,it is called CYTOMEL. Call the Doc he has now put me on synthroid, seems to work better. So I feel 90% right now , and am going back to work tonight driving my 600 mile run a night. So I would like to thank everyone who sent pm's to me and the prayers you are all a great bunch of guys:D :D :D :D Todd
