Curious if anyone here owns a any "custom" sixguns? I have been thinking about purchasing one from the link below...or a linebaugh?

Those are pretty good looking. I have a Vaquero in 45LC, but I think I'll leave it stock. Maybe some horn grips.

Not too long ago I got a chance to handle and drool over a refurbished Colt revolver that Reeder did, a companion piece to this one for sale on his website:

The work was amazing (basically took an old wore out Colt and made it brand new), and that Black Chromex finish of his is extremely deep, dark and flawless (his website picture does NOT do the finish justice). One of the prettiest guns I've ever saw. If he does that good a job on all his pieces you would be very happy with the results, IMO.

From what I see on the website..it all appears top notch. I know someone who has a custom 475 Linebaugh (Bisley Frame) but havent seen a reeder. These are my prospects...

I like the looks of that compensated 475 on top best. Personally I'd prefer Reeder's black finish to the stainless, but I don't really like his two-tone cylinder. I'm sure any of them would be a piece of art.

Bowen Arms outside of Knoxville Tennessee does outstanding work on custom sixguns.

I shoot a stock .45 Bisley that eventually I will get customized with a shorter barrel and 5 shot cylinder.
