Sorry raktrakr, I missed your e-mail. What's going on? have you caught any white bass yet? I am going fishing in West Virginia this weekend and camping up in the mountains. I leave right after work for the hills and I will not be back until Sunday Eve. Are you jealous? Go the river by my house and walk upstream under the bridge and follow the trail to some really good pools. You'll see some people there maybe. Only the locals know this spot, I thought I might help. Use a white rooster tail with a silver spoon in the sun, and a white grub when the sun goes down, fish both very slowly and you will clean up. Need a Bronco?

are you talking about way up there past that first ripple? i got to that point but didnt go any further. i suppose i was right on the edge of success, maybe i shouldve went further

Yes keep going on the trail and you see some big pools to your right and there are three nice spots all in a row. I've been gone to West Virginia trout fishing sorry for the late response. I might go this weekend, might see you there.
