Could Someone From KDFW Define this..

While reading the newspaper i see where an individual was cited with as follows.....Obstruction of Migratory Birds....(waterfowl)
....i cant say that i have ever heard of this law
by defining it , it might help some us waterfowlers better understand the sometimes hidden or unwritten laws....thank you for your efforts

Doesn't ring a bell with me. Sometimes only part of a violation is stated by the court. Example.. Illegal taking a deer, turkey, etc.. is written as "molesting deer, turkey," etc..

Boy having your name in the paper saying that you molesed a deer should be enough to stop poachers.
