During the quota hunts at LBL is the area open for other forms of use or is it off limits to non-hunting purposes. The reason i,m asking is I will be out for the non-quota hunt and will probably be there on the last day of the last hunt and wondered if i would be able to do any scouting. danl

They don't close the area to other uses during the quota hunts, but I'd sure be careful about strolling around during that time. You might want to drive around and look where everyone is parked since some will probably be back the next day after the quota hunt. Good luck and keep your head down!
