Landowner Trapping License Required??

Is a property owner required to purchase a LANDOWNER TRAPPING LICENSE to set "Live Trap" to prevent raccoons from destroying "sweet corn patch" on his property??
Is trapping license required to set "Box Trap" to catch a rabbit??

Landowners who are having wildlife damage do not need to buy the landowner trapping license to do so. You should however contact your Officer or biologist to document that you are suffering damage and if desired, get technical guidance on reducing problems.

Saw and talked to Joe at F&W booth.
It didn't take Joe long to "educate" some Hart county "native outlaws" about turkey baiting laws, his very first spring there!
Don't know what is wrong with turkey flock around our old farm , "Ammish corn pile toxin" or "Ammish lead toxin" one.
Turkey flock doesn't seem to do to good where you find "road apples" or buggy tracks!!
