ANYTHING that can stop our spineless, lawsuit happy society from winning money in junk lawsuits is a good for our country. Too many people trying to get rich by blaiming their problems on uninvolved 3rd parties.

That's what a Republican controlled Congress will do for gun ownwers and manufactures. In a Democrat controled Congress it would never have passed in fact EVERY FIREARMS CONTROL LAW SINCE 1964 WAS PASSED BY A DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED CONGRESS!!!!
