Kentucky had a law that said,
"No deer or elk may be harvested by the use of firearms or archery equipment on any Cervid Farm. Deer or Elk on such farms may be harvested by methods generally acceptable for other livestock."
If someone desires to operate a hunting fascility, the KDFWR could issue new hunting preserve permits with the regulations currently in effect for such operations that as I understand include 300 acres minimum under fence. To safeguard our non-captive wildlife, the KDFWR would have full authority to regulate such operations including setting a Maximum density of animals contained within the fence.
