I was thinking about planting some of this around the outside of my dove field so the shooters can have shade and something to hide in.Anybody ever seen it before?

It's about the size of sorghum and similar in appearence so why not plant a couple row of cane? Pretty sure it would be cheaper.

I read it got to 7 feet.

Sorghum cane would be in that height range too. Maybe taller with enough moisture and decent fertility.
