Picked up a Kel-Tec P3AT yesterday. 380 caliber pocket pistol, 6 rounds, palm sized, very light. Think it'll make a fine concealed carry gun. Recoil should be rough, though. Darn thing is tiny for its caliber. Probably put a few rounds through it next weekend, see how reliable it is. Now to find a good IWB tuckable holster.

You'll like that Kel-Tec pistol, and the recoil ain't bad on them. My sister-in-law bought one to carry concealed and she loves it. I've put about 50 rounds through it myself and it would do the trick up close. For my big hands though, I think its a bit too small to be held comfortably... probably why I can't put up a decent group at 10-yards with it... ;)

You're right, I put about 30 rounds through it today and recoil wasn't bad at all. It would keep 7 rounds of Fiocchi 90 grain hollowpoints on a paper plate at 7 yards, which I'm sure could be improved on greatly with practice on my part, but is plenty good enough for a pocket gun in my opinion.

Reliability was perfect, no FTE's of FTF's at all in the first 30 rounds, which is more than I can say for some automatics I've had that cost twice as much as this one. Think I'm gonna like this little mouse gun. Already ordered a fancy pocket holster for it.

You can hide that little fellow in plain sight. Great concealed carry pistol.

They make a pocket/belt clip for that gun so that you don't even need a holster for concealed carry. ;)

Yup, I saw that, but the thought of a pistol with no safety tucked into my britches, with nothing over the trigger, makes me fear for my future children.
