I assume that you can drop by and get one from the department or from any GW, or most sporting goods stores.

All Wal-Marts in the state should have a large supply on hand in the sporting goods counter.

Don't forget that it is just a Guide and not the regulations. The regulations are a lot more in detail. The Guide is a summary.
