Crappie at Rough

Just thought I'd let you guys know....My ole'man called today and said he had a little luck at Rough River Lake on the crappie today....He said he only fished about 2 hours and had 8 keepers...3 of which he said were slabs...He's fishing from the banks since the lake looks like a creek w/small tube jigs on a float....This ain't much my sort of fishin, but I may take my boy down next weekend if the weather holds out...

sounds like a good idea to me. been thinking about headin to wolkcreek pretty soon to see if them big trout are bit'n

Yeah, my partner & I were talking this morning as to why we didn't head down t Cumberland to trout fish on Saturday ...It was a beautiful day....

Sounds like my luck this weekend @ Nolin Lake. Caught about 50 crappie W/just 3-keepers. Won't be long tho!!!!
