Does anyone or has anyone in the dept. plan on doing anything to control commercial fishing like Tenn. has? There is a great need to preserve the Ohio river as a fishery. I have seen a great decline in the numbers of quality fish that the river is producing. Is there any discussion on this matter & also on restrictions for non-commercial fisherman as well. Both of these groups need to be controled. Is there any laws that regulate the info that the paylakes are giving out about where there fish come from? I know of one paylake that claims all there fish are farm raised but they do purchase from commercial fisherman. How do we know for sure where the fish come from that we are eating & the restrictions that they have?
