Liability release document for guests at hunt club

Does anyone have a sample liability release document for guests/visitors to sign that protects the hunt club and/or landowner from being held liable if the guest or visitor gets hurt while on the property of the landowner or huntclub?

If you do have such a document and would send me a copy, I would really appreciate it.

I apologize to anyone that tried to send me an email in response to my request for copies of liability release documents. I am new to this site and this is the first post I have submitted.
