Nah, he said the bad boy still lies within, and if someone pushes him, he is gonna show them. Vickers is a putz anyways.

He was fined and put on probation, he has had a pretty clean slate as of late, one little thing here and there isn't gonna kill him.

He has to show everyone he still has that fire or they won't respect him. It hasn't been too long ago he dumped old Jeffy and said they can get in a car crashing war.

He is still the man and IMO the most talented driver overall on the circuit. Jeffy is probably a better overall NASCAR guy, but Tony can drive them all.

you're right bobby, the man can really drive. my only point is - one little blow up - from a man who's known to do just that - could really end his championship hopes.

ya'll know i can't stand tony, that's why i post this drivel. me thinks that this probation stuff will rear its ugly head again - either at bristol (oh please, oh please, oh please :o ) or even better, during the chase when it REALLY hurts him.

shoot bobby, i gotta root for something bad to happen to him or he's gonna 'SMOKE' the field the way he's been going. and even the folks @ NEKCAR would hate that, they might even make something up so they can discipline him and tighten the chase up  :D :p

HAHA, I know, he is on a tear, and he might snap and punch another photographer at any time. Would love to see him win it all again under this new format. Yeah, Bristol is a place where tempers boil over often. He was soooo mad at Rusty in the spring race for wrecking into him and Rusty was 2 laps down at the time. Smoke said some pretty funny things that the youngins don't need to hear! :)

Tapping cars on the track, before or after the race, are not quite the same infractions as punching a photographer in NASCAR's minds. Really no big deal in their mind and if Kyle Bisch had not run into the #37 after the Cup race they would not have even considered addressing it. Tony's on a roll and the second half of the season have always been his best. Anybody watched his DVD-Smoke? It's pretty darn good. Really lets you find out who he is and where he comes from.
