A good friend of mine once said "Give a preservationalist an apple they will put it in a jar for everyone to look at, give a conservationalist a apple they will cut it up and give everyone a slice and put the seeds in the ground to grow more apples." That saying always reminds me of over exagerating organizations. And it also give me something to think about when it comes to conservation in the outdoors.
