Fry it up, Whole or in "nuggets". Hard to beat.

I love mine fried too. I also like to soak it in Buttermilk overnight, rinse it, then wrap in Bacon and slowly smoke with a fruit wood till done. I use Cherry, Apple, or Peach wood. MMMM GOOD served up with some Sausage / Cornbread Dressing !!!

My Hunting Friends normally fry the Turkey Breast. Very good way to fix it and it taste like mild pork to me.

Try putting them in a cooking bag, along with a half stick of butter and 1/2 of a grapefruit.
