I know a Mexican immigrant, he's got a mean salsa recipe, I'll see if I can get it. All I know is that it calls for some home grown tomatoes, and 12 jalapeno's.

My wife makes great salsa and it is easy. She buys "mrs wages salsa mix", add tomatoes, onions and follow the directiosn and enjoy. It also goes great with deer tenderloin on the grill.:D

Here try this one...my buddy "pooge" gets credit for the habanero sauce that will add heat as needed.
Salsa Recipe
5lbs Tomatoes (7lbs)
1lb Onions
1lb Green Peppers (2lbs)
1lb Jalapeño Peppers
2tbs Cilantro
2tbs Garlic Powder, or more
2tbs Salt
1 1/4 Cup of Vinegar
Cut the center out of Green Peppers (2lbs). Boil water and drop each tomato in until the skin cracks. Then put into cold water and core and peal. Remove all tomato seeds and utilize food processor with all vegetables separately. Mix altogether and bring to a boil and let simmer for 15min. Pour in jars with seal, etc. Place jars in tub covered with boiling water. Let each jar boil for 20min. Take out to dry and cool after boiling.
Extra Hot Salsa
12 Habanero peppers
2 Cloves garlic
½ cup onions
½ cup carrots
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup lime juice
Sauté garlic and onions in pan. Purate carrots and peppers in blender and add vinegar and lime juice. Mix all together and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add 1-Tbls to each jar or to desirable heat.
