Hunter orange required - archers Hunting WMA's??

There is a thread on Bowsite.com that says "There may be a regulation change that requires archery deer hunters hunting on WMA during "state gun seasons", were gun hunting is not taking place, will be required to wear hunter orange."
Is this true and has it been decided?? Will it be voted on in March meeting??
