These guys are a class act. Here is my story: I grabbed my Remington 11-87 Super Mag the other day out of the safe to change chokes. I grabbed the Comp N Choke to twist it out, but to my surprise, it was stuck. I tried several different avenues to break the choke loose, but it was not budging. I brought it to a guy I work, with who does gunsmithing on the side, and told him my dilemma. He met me as I walked in the door Tuesday morning with my choke in his pocket. There was a section of my choke missing! Someway, somehow my choke had come apart inside my gun. I called the manufacturer and told them about my situation. He asked what gun I was shooting. I told him. He said that some of those guns were bored off center from the factory. He asked me if my gun hit where I was aiming. I told him yes. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that the choke must have been bent at some point in time and box it up and send it to them. He said that as soon as they received my choke they would ship me out a new one free of charge. How can you compete with customer service like that? No questions asked. I have had this choke since 2002 with this gun/choke combo being responsible for the death of 7 birds. If you are in the market for a choke tube for your gun, give these guys a try. They will have my business from here on out.

I received my new choke in the mail yesterday with a copy of the letter that I sent them with a note on the bottom saying "Best of luck". These guys are a class act that more companies should take a hard look at.
