What track? I am a big dirt track enthusiast(sp) myself. I have never raced but travel to several tracks with one of my good friends that has a modified car. I see you are from Richmond. We made that trip a couple of times last year only to come home disappointed one time and broke the other.

We made that trip a couple of times last year only to come home disappointed one time and broke the other. I RACED AT RICHMOND, JUNCTION CITY, FRANKFORT, CLAY CITY. THIS WAS A LONG TIME AGO, BACK WHEN THEY WERE REAL CARS, YOU KNOW CHEVELLES, CAMAROS AND THE LIKE. WE RAN CHEVELLES UP UNTIL THE LAST YEAR I DROVE THEN LIL BRO TOOK OVER THE VELLE AND I GOT A NEW CAMARO. ALWAYS RAN BIG BLOCK (427--454) ENGINES. NEVER HAD TOO MUCH LUCK THO, CAR WAS BAD FAST BUT I WAS YOUNG AND HAD MORE NERVE THAN BRAINS. THE ONLY THING I HAD EVER DRIVEN WAS A LATE MODEL, NO COMING UP THRU THE RANKS. HAD SOME BAD CRASHES. OH TO HAVE THE WISDOM OF AGE THEN THAT I DO NOW, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN HARD TO BEAT.
