12v Solar battery charger

Anybody have any experience with solar battery chargers? I'm looking to keep my 12v Marine battery on the boat charged and maybe use it on the tractor too.
I've checked ebay, northern tool, and other internet sites, but would like to buy one in person. I just dont want to order a piece of junk.

I have used a 6 volt type on my deer feeder and it worked fine.
