DUH......Today, as I trailored the boat to go home from the lake a GW pulled up. We chatted a while about the fishing when he pointed out the reason he stopped was because the tags on my boat were expired :eek: ....I had paid the taxes and got the tags back in April, but had yet to stick'em. Luckily they were in the truck and I promptly stuck them on. He was kind enough not to give me a ticket, but had I been out in the water, I'd been screwed.
So, if you forgot too....get them red tags on. :)

Did the same thing myself a couple weeks ago.... except I remembered about 4 miles from the boat ramp that the tags were in the truck....:o

Luckily I didn't see the water patrol that day and got them on... because the next day they were right there at the ramp...
