Has anyone heard about any good deals out there for end of the season sales on decoys. If it matters, I've grown particular in my old age (or maybe I'm just starting to believe my own favorite excuse, "It wasn't my calling that kept them from coming in, it was my decoys"); I think I'm looking for G&H mallards and Bigfoot geese. Even if you don't have any ideas on good deals being offered now, I am curious about what you think are the most realistic goose full bodies and/or floaters on the market.

Bigfoots or Higdons no doubt. If you think you might want to spend some money look into Hardcore fullbodies. They look like fullbody Outlaws or something. They're also about $500 a dozen.[;)]

well since you asked about what i feel is the most realistic fullbodies
NONE compare to the new Hardcore or Backwing Elites these decoys are by far the best on the market as far as looks BUT they are the most expensive like ($850 per dz)HOWEVER if you asked which decoys performs the best for your $$$ Bigfoot and Higdons... my group runs Higdons and have had great success...{{I wanna add a small prayer for Mr Mark Higdon Not only did their production plant burn down,he is now in the hospital under going sugery)....BUT if was going to buy more decoys without a doubt i would go with the Higdon stackables these look like full bodies but have alot of motion/movement to them and cost half as much as the full bodies....
By the way how did your season go?

Today is indeed a black one in duck-dom. The close of goose season. Nothing today except views of educated birds steering clear of our spread. Storing the decoys for the off season just doesn't have the same magic as when we got them out. I'm taking your advice; Just ordered a dozen Bigfoot floaters. I didn't find a deal (yet), but those geese made me so mad today that I decided to pay full retail.
