Including one jake thats purty nice for a jasper. Come about wednesday he shows up and it's light's out;) Im tellin ya, manueverin on 150 acre pasture toms is hairpullin. Yep.

Actually got on a gobbling bird this am. He got in a pasture w/ a hen. I heard him gobble and he sounded like he was miles away. However, it was only about 200-250 yards. Wind, rain, and cold made it slow.

Know the feeling, only heard one gobble this morning. Don't have a clue where he was, the wind and rain had me bananas..

Heard one bird gobbling this morning. I figured he would be back this afternoon, so i got in there at about 4:40 and setup. At 7, he came through the woods, and i got him. Thats the last time he'll be gobbling his head off!!
