Except for the ever present jakes. Went with a buddy to help out but we never got on a bird. Put some sneaks on some birds that turned out 2b unescorted hens feeding rather quickly as rain closed in. The rest of the weekend except for sunday looks bleak. But then again the weatherman .....................???????

Saturday morning only has a 10% chance of rain until 9, then it moves up to 30%, then another 10% until about 12 (in my neck of the woods according to weather.com)...but you know, thats why they make that Mossy Oak Obsession Rain Suit :)

I went out this morning. I was suprised to only hear one bird, but he was hammerin!! We had been hearing that bird in the area since youth weekend, and im pretty sure i got him this afternoon. I havent heard but one jake gobble this year and that was a few weeks before youth weekend...
