Hey, anyone got any news on hopkins county? We have a few spots and one of them is soundin really good of the mornin time.:D

A buddy of mine says that everyday at 6:30 he will see the same gabble strut past an old well house, whiel gobblin his head off.

heard one gobble this morning on the roost he gobbled 2 times and shut up . this is in hopkins co

Birds on my lease were hammering it this morning from 5:20 on. Several were on the ground at 5:58. When I left just prior to 7am for work, 5 different birds were still gobbling pretty strong.

Haha, his palce is VERY private in the southrn end. He said today that we stepped outside this mornin and heard 2 different gobblers close! Like a couple hundred yards. He will be showin up tomorow mornin, while settin up on that weel house and gunna try for that one gobbler that he sees every morning.

its awsome to listen to them gobble during the closed season but there is nothing comparable to the opening day with all them gobblers struttin and drumin. man i cant wait
