From the way that reads, doesn't look like it will pass into law. Seems that the majority of the people for it are "outdoor enthusiast", i.e hunters. I don't want to get the war going again, if people choose to shoot cats I'm 100% cool with that honestly. I just don't want to be given these wild estimates as justification. 2 million stray cats in 1 state? ( THATS HALF A MILLION MORE STRAY CATS IN WI THEN THERE ARE DEER IN THE ENTIRE HERD!! OR 1 STRAY cat for every 2.75 PEOPLE!!! ) Killing an average of nearly 70 birds a year each all of which are protected, wonderful songbirds...Not a starling, sparrow, bluejay, mouse, or rat at all??? Seems far fetched to me at best...:confused:
