From the way that reads, doesn't look like it will pass into law. Seems that the majority of the people for it are "outdoor enthusiast", i.e hunters. When you have the head of one of the largest pro-bird groups in the country voting no, it makes a big statement. Nearly 370,000 votes on the online survey- 70% no..

I don't want to get the war going again, if people choose to shoot cats I'm 100% cool with that honestly. I just don't want to be given these wild estimates as justification. 2 million stray cats in 1 state? ( THATS HALF A MILLION MORE STRAY CATS IN WI THEN THERE ARE DEER IN THE ENTIRE HERD!! OR 1 STRAY cat for every 2.75 PEOPLE!!! ) Killing an average of nearly 70 birds a year each all of which are protected, wonderful songbirds...Not a starling, sparrow, bluejay, mouse, or rat at all??? Seems far fetched to me at best...

Perhaps they should be more worried about the #1 killer of wild birds. I'm sure some of you guys can find it in your heart to donate to this organization and help save millions of our feathery friends:D , LMFAO!!http://www.flap.org/new/diurnalfr.htm OR-

Caught part of the discussion on this on the news tonight on CNN. Some people are really upset.
Trust Me-- I thought that I saw on another thread that Adam was out in Texas.
