Tom's heating up in Estill Coutny!!!

I've been seeing a few strutters for the past couple of weeks on my way home in the fields..They've been in the same field everyday...I hadn't had time to get out and see If I could hear any gobbling....Today I had time and walked over the ridge behind my house...Where I listened to about five toms gobble there heads off from about 2:00 p.m. to 4:00..They must have been lonesome....I couldn't see them,they were about 400 yards away on the opposite ridge...But I think I might try to catch up with one of them come opening day..

was out this morning lil windy, foggy didnt exept alot but did hear a gobble pretty close sat down in a deadfall bout 200 yards away man did i see a show i only heard one gobble after flydown heard three different birds on the ground in the feild in front of me then a couple clucks and putts from a hen then i could see the three long beards then the fight was on i was amazed they got at each other for 6 or 7 minutes or so then what i reckon the boss or the one who whoop a$$ strutted off proudly with his hen im hoping then hen to gobbler numbers are the same next friday very exiting morning...!
