Bought a 935 about a month in half ago and the extractor came out of it. Whitakers said about two weeks Mossberg said 15 days at most and its been a month and its getting close to turkey season. Do I have a gripe. any advice???

The usual for mossbergs...935's arent that bad of guns, but they just dont hold up at all.

Get a refund and buy a diferent gun. Not trying to be harsh here. I've been around more than one unsatisfied Mossberg owner. My wife's cousin had one for a couple years. Sounded like C3PO clanking through the woods. Not sure if his was a 935 but do recall it was a "turkey gun". I shoot a super high dollar 870 Express 3" gun.
If they are sending parts or the gun to you or Whittakers get the shipper's tracking numbers, be surprised how many times folks tell you its on the way when they haven't even sent it. They can't lie if they have to give you the tracking number. I'd still sell it and get a different gun but that's just me and my own small opinion.

Its allready been sent off to Mossberg. that was a month ago. I talked to a rep today and could not get anywhere. In order for me to get it to witaker's by this saturday he wanted me to pay the overnight shipping cost. I thought it was B.S. since it wasn't my fault. So he transfered me to someone with a little more authority than him and I'll be picking it up on Saturday free of charge!!!

I've shot an 870 since I was 10 years old. For the price, their's not a better gun on the market.
