LBL Youth Quota

Anyone else going? I'll be down with 2 other dad & son teams. Did some scouting and lined up several good spots.

Also got in to the first quota (Tue & Wed) next week with my hunting buddy and his brother. Anyone else?

The weather channel says 40% thunderstorms on Tues and 30% chance scattered showers on Wed. Hope for better, but stay dry if you can. Good luck and see you at check in.

Area 5 is a good area for turkeys. Lots of pine thickets for the birds to roost in and many food plots. That would be my first pick to turkey hunt.

I don't mind the rain. The birds are out there regardless. Had some of my better hunts in pouring down thunderstorms. I take an aluminum slate call with waterproof striker and call loud and often.
