Sometimes You Just Don't Get The Bird. And I Personally Got A Good Lesson In Turkey Hunting That I Had Needed For Years. Look Forward To Our Next Outing Together. Wish I Had Gotton To Spend More Social Time With All The Guides. They All Seemed Like A Great Bunch Of Guys. Thanks A Million! Mike And Adam :) :) :)
I had a great time. I spoke with Kalen yesterday and told him to put my name down on the list to do it again. Even though my hunter did not lay the smack down, we had one heck of a good time trying. Great group of guys were in attendance for this hunt. I look forward to seeing each one of you again.
Thanks to all that took a kid out this weekend. I have not had a chance to read all the posts yet, but congratulations to all that killed a turkey and "a good effort" to all that tried. Kalen you did a good thing by hosting the event and you guys that guided did also.

I want to thank the dads that brought out their kids! I'd do it again in a minute. It was one of the best times I've had in the woods. It was the first time I'd hunted with a 10 y/o and it was a treat. Preston and vincent both never complained and thanked me prolly a hundred times! Preston spent the entire day with me in the woods including a stretch from 11am til dark! We walked a few miles in that time frame and never even saw a turkey! We both tried hard and made friends even though e didn't kill a bird. Hopefully within the next 2 years my little girl will want to hit the woods after them. I can't wait for that experience.

Thanks for the kind words Mike. I had a great time. You have a son that you can be proud of. It is easy to see that you have done a fine job raising him. I am looking forward to the next time that we can get together. Good Luck to all during the regular season.
