That was me who moved it, as I try to do all when I find someone advertising a Commercial site within the Threads. This site is owned and sponsored by an outdoor supply store, Uncle Lee's.

GSP you think Uncle Lee's might carry this line of crossbows in the future ? I bet Lee has done the math and knows he will be able to sell the heck outta them things before long. I know Lee personally just in case you didn't know. Bought the property my home is built on from him.
I've only been in the Lee's store once. I turkey hunted the National Guard area down there. We ate supper at the buffet beside the tractor supply place and drove over to Uncle Lee's. That is a great store. Actually my wife and wallet are both glad it's 4 hours away!:D
It's one of those that you always find "something" you just gotta have places.:)
As for what you asked? Looks as if they are in the supply/demand business.

GSP, no offense, but how are guys going to learn about different products and throw ideas around if they are not on the main thread. I understand completely if a guy was trying to sell product, but they were just seeing what was new. In a new crossbow market like this, guys will need to bounce things off of each other to find out what they think is best.
Finding out about the features, regardless of the company, is what we will need to do on this forum.
I understand that this forum is supported by Unlce Lee's, but he probably sells some of the items that will get talked about and if he does, his store will actually benefit from the discussions.
Just roll it around in your head.
Willie hangs out on the Excalibur site and they talk about all kinds of bows, not just Excalibur.
Thanks,
Kansas

No offense taken Kansas.
If you look through the Classified section you will see some VERY nice homemade turkey calls, made right here in old Kentucky, all at a very good price. Those were in the Turkey Thread and they too have been bumped to the Clasisfied Section.
As for finding "New" products? Anyone capable of posting on this site has the ability to do a Google search and find any product. As for a Moderator, I think you will find MANY that will agree that I am probably the worst Moderator on any forum. I let thinks "GO". Probably the only thing that I try to stop is when there the an opening post to directs people to a place that competes head/head with the folks that pay the bill for this site. I never thought the post was an intention to do such, same as the turkey calls. It is just not good "business".

Fair enough. Makes sense I suppose. Have to pay the bills to keep the forum open. If they don't carry crossbows, they ought to.:D
I'm sure it will be a supply/demand issue. Uncle Lee's is a good store, carries almost everything. You can still go in and buy goose decoys, rifle shells, paint and wallpaper. Not many "good" stores around anymore.

10-4 on that.
Uncle Lee's is a CANDY STORE for hunters.
So we can talk about any product we want to we just cant reference a product's website?

Heck it's worth a visit to Uncle Lee's if your anywhere near the area just to see the mounts in the sporting goods dept. The mountain lion attacking the big buck alone is worth a look see. Of course you can't walk in and thru the place without seeing a couple things you can't live without.

Talk all ya want. I don't mind links on specific questioning either. I've given link to people looking for certain dog supplies. I see links for gun parts. Try look at it from my side though. I see a post from someone that has only 5 posts on this site and the only thing in the opening post is:
New 2005 motorized duck decoys are out
http://duckrunnersdecoys
I have to assume it is a commercial/advertisement.
